01. Order Processing & Handling Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing and handling before shipment.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (typically the following Monday).
Note: During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.
02. Custom Orders
We offer full customization services for paddles and accessories. The timeline is as follows:
- 2–3 business days
- Typically 7–14 business days (depending on order size and customization requirements)
- 1–2 business days
If a new mold is required, the timeline depends on the complexity:
Orders that include customized items will ship once all components are complete, unless otherwise arranged. For urgent projects, please contact us.
03. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
🇺🇸 United States
- From U.S. Warehouse:
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days - From China Facility:
Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days
🌍 International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
All international orders are shipped from our China warehouse.
- Standard: 7–10 business days
- Economy: 10–15 business days
Note: Import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
04. Shipping Carriers & Options
Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout based on your location.
- We work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Actual transit times may vary. Joysent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
05. Oversized Item Surcharge
Certain items (e.g., nets, large bulk orders, or oversized boxes) may incur a Dimensional Weight Surcharge imposed by the carrier.
- This charge is calculated when the shipping label is generated.
- We will contact you in advance if any surcharge applies—even if "Free Shipping" was selected.
