Returns & Exchanges

All return, exchange, or refund requests must be authorized in advance by contacting our Customer Service team at contact@joysentsport.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be new, unused, and in original condition

  • Must include all original packaging and accessories

  • Return or exchange must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase

  • The original order number must be provided as proof of purchase

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before sending the item back

Product-Specific Return Guidelines

Standard Paddles

  • Must have the original seal over the grip handle

  • Cannot be returned if used or structurally modified

Apparel

  • Must have all original tags attached

  • Cannot be returned if worn, washed, or damaged

Accessories (e.g., balls, grips, nets)

  • Must be unopened and unused

  • Opened items can only be returned if defective

Custom Products

  • All customized items are final sale and non-returnable

  • In the event of confirmed quality issues (e.g., misprinted logos, missing items, structural defects), we will remake and reship the affected item(s) at no additional cost

 



Shipping & Handling Policy

For non-quality related returns or exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement item
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original, unused condition

For quality-related replacements

If the return or exchange is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error by Joysent, we will cover all related shipping charges

 



Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number

  • Items marked as Final Sale or discounted 30% or more are non-returnable, unless defective upon arrival

  • Only the original purchaser may initiate a return or exchange

  • If you purchased your Joysent product from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly within 30 days for any return or exchange. Joysent cannot process returns for third-party purchases unless it is a warranty issue
