At Joysent, we are dedicated to delivering professional-grade pickleball paddles that meet the highest standards in performance, durability, and craftsmanship. Every product goes through rigorous quality control before shipment — and we stand behind our work.
To support our customers with confidence, Joysent offers a 1-year limited warranty on all paddles, along with clearly defined refund terms when necessary.
Limited Warranty – 1 Year
All Joysent paddles are protected against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It is valid only for products purchased directly from Joysent or an authorized distributor.
What’s Covered
Under normal, intended use, we will cover the following:

Surface delamination or cracking unrelated to impact

Core failure (e.g., internal structural breakage)
-
Grip adhesive failure or separation under standard use
-
Non-impact-related seam separation
-
Paint or surface finish peeling within 12 months of delivery
What’s Not Covered
Joysent’s warranty does not cover:

Normal cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches, fading, edge scuffs)

Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or collision
-
Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or third-party alterations
-
Environmental damage (e.g., prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat over 50°C, moisture, or saltwater)

Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized platforms
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please email contact@joysentsport.com and include the following:

Your order number or valid proof of purchase

A brief description of the issue

Three clear photos showing the problem: front view, side view, and a close-up
-
(Optional) A short video may help expedite the evaluation
Inspection and Evaluation
Once we receive your claim:

Our team will assess the case within 5 business days

If needed, we may request the product be shipped back for inspection

All claims are subject to review by our quality control department to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing or material defect
Resolution Options
If your warranty claim is approved, Joysent will provide one of the following:

Free repair of the defective item (if feasible)

Replacement of the same model or an equivalent product

Store credit up to 80% of the original product value if repair or replacement is not possible
Note: For high-volume or international orders, customers may be asked to cover partial or full reshipping fees.
Refund Policy
Joysent prioritizes resolving product issues through warranty support—repair or replacement—whenever possible. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Processing time: 7–10 business days after return confirmation
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping

For non-defective returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after inspection confirms the returned item is in original condition
Paddle Care Recommendations
To protect your paddle and maintain eligibility for warranty coverage:

Avoid leaving your paddle in hot environments such as parked cars

Wipe the surface dry after each use

Store in a paddle cover or case when not in use

Use edge tape for extra protection against edge wear and minor impacts
