Order Processing & Handling Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing and handling before shipment.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day, typically the following Monday.

Note: During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 


Custom Orders

We offer full customization services for paddles and accessories.

  • Sample Preparation Time: 2–3 business days

  • Bulk Production Lead Time: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on order size and customization requirements

  • Packing Time: 1–2 business days

If a new mold is required, the timeline will depend on the complexity of the design:

  • Mold Design & Manufacturing:

    • Standard complexity: approximately 1-2 week

    • High complexity or new structure/tooling: 2–3 weeks

Orders that include customized items will ship once all components are complete, unless otherwise arranged. For urgent or large-scale custom projects, please contact our team to discuss timelines and shipping options.

  • Local U.S. Warehouse Fulfillment
    Selected products are shipped directly from our U.S.-based warehouse.
    Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • China Warehouse Fulfillment
    Products shipped from our China facility to the U.S.:
    Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

All international orders are shipped from our China warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Most regions: 7–10 business days

  • Remote areas or select countries: 10–15 business days

Note: Import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 


Shipping Carriers & Options

Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, actual transit times may vary, and Joysent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

 


Oversized Item Surcharge

Certain items (e.g., nets, large bulk orders, or oversized boxes) may incur a Dimensional Weight Surcharge imposed by the carrier.
This charge is determined when the shipping label is generated, and customers will be contacted in advance if any surcharge applies - even if "Free Shipping" was selected.
