  • Step 1: Choose Your Base - Select from paddle shapes (elongated, square, hybrid) and material options (e.g., carbon fiber (T700, T300, 3K, 12K, 18K, 3D), fiberglass, composite (carbon fiber with Titanium or Kevlar ) to match your playstyle.
  • Step 2: Personalize Your Design - Customize shapes, structures, colors, patterns, and logos with real-time previews of your unique creation.
  • Step 3: Confirm & Order - Once you confirm your product requirements, place your order. Sample production takes 3-5 days, and bulk production takes 10-15 days, depending on the order volume. After production is complete, we will inspect, pack, and ship your paddles for delivery.

Yes. If there’s a defect or design mismatch, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a free replacement or refund (proof required). Non-defective custom items are non-returnable.
 
How do I upload my design?
Just send us your design at contact@joysentsport.com. We accept JPG, PNG, or PDF, EPS, Ai files up to 10MB, with adjustable previews for perfect placement.
 
What’s the warranty period?
We offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects (material issues e.g., cracking, delamination, missing components), extendable to 12 months with registration within 30 days. Original buyer only, excludes misuse, neglect, accidents, shipping, or natural wear, etc.
