Design Your Own Paddle

Custom paddles are final sale and non-returnable for change of mind, incorrect selections or customer-supplied design errors. If you request a change after ordering, production may be delayed; once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

By submitting your order, you approve the final preview and accept responsibility for all spelling, image quality, placement and configuration choices. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all submitted artwork. Joysent acts solely as the manufacturer and does not verify or license your artwork. You are responsible for any resulting intellectual property claims and agree to indemnify Joysent to the extent permitted by law.

On-screen previews are a guide. Monitor settings, materials, texture, printing and hand-finishing can create reasonable differences in color, scale, alignment and surface appearance. These normal production variations are not manufacturing defects.

If your paddle has a confirmed manufacturing defect, print error, missing item or material mismatch caused by Joysent, we will remake and reship the affected item at no additional cost. Eligible warranty claims are handled under our 1-year limited warranty through repair, replacement or, when neither is possible, store credit of up to 80% of the original product value. Normal wear, misuse, impact damage, alterations and unauthorized repairs are not manufacturing defects.

After your custom paddle order is confirmed, production usually takes 2–7 business days.

Once production is completed, your paddle will be shipped. Estimated shipping transit time is 8–10 business days depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Please note that custom products are made specifically to your approved configuration, and actual delivery time may vary slightly due to production schedules, holidays, or logistics conditions.

If you need to make changes after submitting your order, we can accept modification requests within 24 hours after order confirmation.
