Returns & Exchanges

Authorization Required
All return, exchange, or refund requests must be authorized in advance by contacting our Customer Service team at contact@joysentsport.com.

1. Product-Specific Return Guidelines

Standard Paddles
Accepted within 30 days of receipt. Paddles must be in new, unused condition with the original plastic handle wrap and face cover intact. Played-with paddles cannot be returned as new.
Apparel
Accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.
Accessories (e.g., balls, grips, nets)
Accepted within 30 days if the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or print error.

2. Shipping & Handling Policy

For Non-Quality Related Returns or Exchanges:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement item.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original, unused condition.

For Quality-Related Replacements:

If the return or exchange is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error by Joysent, we will cover all related shipping charges.
