1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing and handling before shipment.

• Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (typically the following Monday).

Note: During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Custom Orders

We offer full customization services for paddles and accessories. The timeline is as follows:

• 2–3 business days
• Typically 7–14 business days (depending on order size and customization requirements)
• 1–2 business days

If a new mold is required, the timeline depends on the complexity:

• 1–2 weeks
• 2–3 weeks

Orders that include customized items will ship once all components are complete, unless otherwise arranged. For urgent projects, please contact us.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

🇺🇸 United States

• From U.S. Warehouse:
  Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days
• From China Facility:
  Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days

🌍 International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
All international orders are shipped from our China warehouse.

• Standard: 7–10 business days
• Economy: 10–15 business days

Note: Import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Carriers & Options

Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout based on your location.

• We work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Actual transit times may vary. Joysent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Oversized Item Surcharge

Certain items (e.g., nets, large bulk orders, or oversized boxes) may incur a Dimensional Weight Surcharge imposed by the carrier.

• This charge is calculated when the shipping label is generated.
• We will contact you in advance if any surcharge applies—even if "Free Shipping" was selected.

Authorization Required
All return, exchange, or refund requests must be authorized in advance by contacting our Customer Service team at contact@joysentsport.com.

1. Product-Specific Return Guidelines

• Standard Paddles
  Accepted within 30 days of receipt. Paddles must be in new, unused condition with the original plastic handle wrap and face cover intact. Played-with paddles cannot be returned as new.
• Apparel
  Accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.
• Accessories (e.g., balls, grips, nets)
  Accepted within 30 days if the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
• Custom Products
  Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or print error.

2. Shipping & Handling Policy

For Non-Quality Related Returns or Exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement item.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original, unused condition.

For Quality-Related Replacements:

• If the return or exchange is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error by Joysent, we will cover all related shipping charges.

3. Important Notes

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please retain all original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.
• Clearance / Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
