FROM ORDER TO COURT
What Happens After You Order
We receive your paddle configuration and artwork.
Your custom paddle enters production after the order is confirmed.
We inspect the paddle and verify the selected configuration before shipping.
Tracking information is sent when your paddle is ready to ship.
Production begins when the order is placed and normally takes 2–7 business days. Customer-requested changes after ordering may extend production time. Estimated shipping transit: 8–10 business days after production.
If your paddle arrives damaged or does not match your approved configuration because of our production error, we’ll make it right.

Every Joysent custom paddle is produced to your selected specifications. Please review your configuration, spelling and artwork carefully before adding it to cart.
01Final Sale & Cancellations
Custom paddles are final sale and non-returnable for change of mind, incorrect selections or customer-supplied design errors. If you request a change after ordering, production may be delayed; once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
02Design Approval & Artwork Rights
Submitting your order confirms your selected configuration and final preview. You are responsible for spelling, image quality, placement and configuration choices, and confirm that you own or have permission to use all uploaded artwork. Joysent may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive or unsuitable for production.
03Preview & Production Variations
On-screen previews are a guide. Monitor settings, materials, texture, printing and hand-finishing can create reasonable differences in color, scale, alignment and surface appearance. These normal production variations are not manufacturing defects.
04Defects, Damage & Order Errors
If your paddle has a confirmed manufacturing defect, print error, missing item or material mismatch caused by Joysent, we will remake and reship the affected item at no additional cost. Eligible warranty claims are handled under our 1-year limited warranty through repair, replacement or, when neither is possible, store credit of up to 80% of the original product value. Normal wear, misuse, impact damage, alterations and unauthorized repairs are not manufacturing defects.
